Can anyone explain me that Sodexo petrol coupon or card provided by the employer to its employees are taxable or not?

As per the Income tax law only Sodexo meal coupons to the extent of Rs.50/- per meal per day and maximum of Rs.100/- is allowed. But how can this petrol coupon are tax free?
Please provide me any reference or circular from the department which is allowed.
