Is there vat tax liablity for sodexo meal coupon? Kindly clarify

Please clear your question.
Normally Companies provides Sodexo Coupons to their employees, which serves only the purpose of exhchange instead of money against the restaurant bill. So whatever the bill amount including VAT will be paid through Sodexo Coupon.
