Whether Society Charges paid by employer will be taxable for the employee?It is not allowance..

Hi Vatsal,
Any sum paid by employer on behalf of employee is taxable in hands of employee, except in certain cases which has been exempted in form of allowances and perquisites.
Hence the same doesn't qualify in any of the exempted list, hence its is taxable
