we all know that the DePartment Pays interest on the refundable amount. This is paid till the date of 'processing ' by the DePt. NOT TILL THE DATE OF ISSUING THE CHEQUE.
1 of my client was to get a refund of Rs. 18,544/- He was invited for further details(after ensuring that he has provided Bank account No. MICR Code etc.) .
He refused to entertain any .
Till date i.e. after 1 year also the amount remained same.
If he never goes to he will never get. ( I am sure) and he will not get interest for the period delayed (by them).
He is ready to forego the entire refund. He does not want to vote for anybody.
the patriotic social workers visiting this site who preach that the educted should vote are requested to advise to whom he should vote............
