With the implementation of digital technology in almost all the departments, and if the Land department can be brought under the digital transparency, and with the records updated with PAN numbers for the Khazna received from owned Land, then there could be a detailed disclosure of Land owners under the PAN numbers, and the combined purchased land of a family. Link that with the records of DTO offices and other luxury item industries databases, one can able to figure out the total value a family might be holding.
