Can any one tell me whether share warrants are to be considered for the purpose of limit of 20000.
coz share warrants are not considered for qualification shares???/

I think, name of the small shareholder must be in the registered of member. So, the share warrants should not be considered for the purpose of limit of maximum 20000/- face value.
