indivsual providing services under repais and maintances having turn over less then 10 lacs,next he is providing
services to pvt ltd company.as per 2012-13 is he liabale to coleect Service tax and get ST registration
or he is still eligibale for exmption from ST

Service provider is eligible for exemption up to Rs.10L. If goods supplied along with service, it is works contract. Pvt. co is liable to pay 50% of the tax under reverse tax.
