Audit Is Important Once You Got A Corporate Structure ,Some Relaxation Like Mandatory Rotation of Auditor , Applicability of CARO , Auditors Comments Internal Financial Control ,Limit of Auditee's by Auditor will not be applicable in case of Small cos...Otherwise Filing of AOC4 and MGT 7 with audit report is mandatory for All kind of cos
