As per the amended provisions of Section 2(85) of the Companies Act, 2013 small Company means the Company who is having the paid up share capital which shall not exceed fifty lakh rupees and turnover shall not exceed 2 crore rupees as per the latest audited balance sheet and provided that such Company shall not be the holding or subsidiary Company of such Company.
