Sl no. 05 in inc-21 form

There is option to pay online, but if can,t find that option than you can affix 20 Rs. Stamp Paper

Mode of payment of stamp duty depends on state to state. In Kerala, there is no option of e-payment of stamp duty for Form INC-21. Hence you have to purchase a Rs.20/- stamp paper or minimum amount available w.e.is higher, print the matter " this stamp paper is used to attach with Form INC -21" and cancel the balance portion of the stamp paper and attach with e-form INC-21.

 25 rupees stamp paper is required instead of 20.

What is the situation for the state of maharashtra? ROC Mumbai?

Further, can a non-judicial stamp paper be used?(Franking of document)

How much amount of Stamp Paper should be attached to form INC-21 in Madhya Pradesh?

Dear Colleagues,

I had submitted the form without payment of stamp duty. Later ROC informed that I need to affix stamp duty of Rs. 100 (All I did was print the INC-21, frank it for Rs. 100 and attach the same and resubmit the form)

The best solution is to check with ROC of respective region for guidance.
