Pls tell, whether sitting fee can be paid to an invitee of the Board/ committe meeting who is not a director / member of committe meeting?
Yes or no, pls quote relevant law.

Dear Neeraj,
You can pay some remuneration, professional charges etc not SITTING FEE in technical sanse.
As per legal interpretation of Company Act, 1956 Sitting Fee meant of non-executive directors only.
