Check if your PAN is not inoperative; Secondly check the name as typed by you exactly matches the name as per PAN. You should use PAN of proprietor while registering prop. firm. 

Sir, checking on income tax department website for pan verification, message appearing is ' pan is active but details are not as per pan.

But my pan details are absolutely correct. Also one of my friend suggested me that ' Pan and Adhar Card data should match ,,, If data is mismatch this error will come '. Only fathers name spelling differs. In pan instead of vasudev it's Vasudeo.

Also I have enclosed screenshots of the same. That's of msme & income tax websites while applying.

You need to rectify the middle name in either of the cards i.e. Aadhar or PAN and match them.

I think, rectification in Aadhar is easy, and immediate. Better get it rectified and reapply MSME after that.

Sir, sorry for distrubing. Every details of aadhar are accurate. In pan card there is spelling change in father's name. That is instead of vasudev there is Vasudeo.

How to rectify/update pan.
