To apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Income Tax Department to withdraw the gratuity trust account balance, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Contact the Income Tax Department and obtain the necessary forms and instructions for applying for a NOC. You can do this by visiting the Income Tax Department's website or contacting the department's customer care center.

  2. Fill out the application form for a NOC. You will need to provide information about your company, including its name, address, and tax identification number. You will also need to provide details about the gratuity trust account, including its balance and the purpose for which you are seeking a NOC.

  3. Submit the completed application form along with any required documentation to the Income Tax Department. This may include documents such as a copy of your company's articles of association, balance sheets, and tax returns.

  4. Wait for the Income Tax Department to process your application. The department will review your application and determine whether to issue a NOC. If your application is approved, you will receive a NOC from the department.
