Sir, in gst validation error shows?

Sir, I have enter details in Gst check it many times every things is ok no default found there,still its shows validation error what to do please advice.

GST online system is not functioning properly because of very heavy traffic. Almost everyone is facing the issue........... Wait till things get settled........ Try helpline to get any update........

Sir,

A person is dealing in leather business, he stay in Assam collect leather from bihar , after purifying that leather again sell it to Bengal.

Now the person get register in gst, now the problem is that he purchase product without bill as per his statement from whom he purchase no bill used to be made for such leather.

NOw what to so in this case how sales and return can be upload in GST how ITC will be claim.
