If a man received Rs 5 lakh in cash or cheque from father in law whether gift deed has to be made.
If yes what is the process to make gift deed in this case ,only witten down in stamp paper by father in law is sufficient.

Cash receipt not allowed now. Take cheque.
& Prepare a gift deed on 100 Rs. stamp paper for payment of gift wide cheque reference for any specific reason, and also acceptance of the gift. Will be useful in future.
