I would like to know whether a company having site offices in different states of the state can have different CST number or it will have just one CST number for the company as a whole. As regards the VAT is concerned, certainly there will be diff, numbers for differ. states but in the case of CST i really doubt that how the CST number can be diff. for diff. states

Dear Riddhi,
CST Number will be Diffrent for Diffrent States for the Same Company.
CST number is Provided by State Sales Tax Department and it is also revenue of State Govt. not Central Govt.
