Simultaneouly all year examinations for B. com

Hi there!

I have a friend who is pursuing CA but wishes to take up B. Com too. He passed class 12th in 2009 with 80 % marks and wants a B.Com degree in the year 2012. Meanwhile, he is not registered with any college or institution.

Can anybody suggest me if there exists any institution that can allow a student to appear for examinations for all the years simultaneously? This really would be a great help to my friend.
