I am holding full time COP and also am not in service anywhere else. But I havent formed any firm as of now. So can I conduct audit and do the signing work subsequently?

Yes if you have full time COP then you can conduct audit in individual name and sign on the same.

Will I be required to put my seal too with the signature while certifying an audit report?

Yes Your seal will be your name and your membership no.
