Its is said in Section 193 that minutes have to be recorded within 30 days of the Meeting (Board or General).
But they are placed in the subsequent BM and then signed.
Thougn Minutes of GM have to signed within 30 days.

Dear Friend
Minutes of the Board Meeting must be written within 30 days from the date of meeting. It cannot be insisted that the minutes have to be signed within 30 days (Circular N0. 25/76, dated 1st September, 1976). Minutes of the Board meeting may be signed by the chairman of the same meeting or by the chairman of the succeeding meeting.
Minutes of the general meeting must be written and signed by chairman of the same meeting within 30 days of the conclusion of the meeting.
