Signing of memorandum of association

Last page of Memorandum and Articles and Association relates to subsciption of Shares is mandatorily required to be signed by the subscribsers.

Agree with CS Charu, however, it would be good practice if you get the signatures at every page.

what is the principle of signing? it is that you read the page thoroughly and you understood the contents what you signed, when you sign every page it says that you signed after revising again signed the page, means more reading of the pages you remove lacunaes and mistakes, always sign every page before you part with to any one, here when you sign for a mandatory requirement it shows you are clear of every page and you can answer any query  if raised that is all the purpose of signing, indeed the signing is indeed sound common sense, no kind of any special sence! regards..adv.dr.g.balakrishnan, advocate(OS) Bombay high court, 'rapidanalysts @ gmail.com'
