For payment of dividend to Non-Resident company should submit the Form RCD 1 & RCD 2 to the Authored Dealer.
Kindly confirm, Whether the Part B of RCD 1 should be signed by statutory auditor only or any other CA.

RBi guidelines says it should be by company auditor . Who is company auditor, is not defined . So it is mere certificate by external practising CA and not necessarily by statutory auditor of company which intends to pay dividend to foreign shareholders. But Section 123 _ 127 of Companies Act 2013 should be fulfilled by company before approaching auditor for this part B of Rcd1
Sir, @ vaiyapuri Kannan - Can you please provide the reference to the respective legislation or a notification which has prescribed these forms. May i also ask you if these provisions are applicable to LLP's ?
