what will be the signing date by a CS on financial statements if the financials are approved in a board meeting which is held outside india and CS is signing financials in India ?

Immediately after the financials come in India,
Directors can put date and place of Board meeting while signing abroad. However, CS should put actual date and place of signing in India. Date of auditors' report and AGM notice should be on or after such date.

Suppose date of signing by directors outside india is 27th july, financials came to india and signed by CS on 29th july, then Date of auditors' report and AGM notice should be on which date ?
