what will be the signing date by a CS on financial statements if the financials are approved in a board meeting which is held outside india and CS is signing financials in India ?

Directors can put date and place of Board meeting while signing abroad. However, CS should put actual date and place of signing in India. Date of auditors' report and AGM notice should be on or after such date.

You have cleared my doubt regarding date of signinf financials by CS.
Date of auditors' report and AGM notice should be on or after such date : kindly elaborate the highlighted portion.
Suppose date of signing by directors outside india is 27th july, financials came to india and signed by CS on 29th july, then Date of auditors' report and AGM notice should be on which date ?
