In an unlisted public ltd company, there are total 5 directors,
Chairman is non executive director,
One non executive director One Independent Director,
One is MD One is director(Finance)
Director finance is also CFO of the company.
As per the Provisions of companies act,2013:
Can Balance sheet be signed Director(finance) in the capacity of director and also in the capacity of CFO?
Non executive director can sign the balance sheet?
Can we get the balance sheet signed by Independent director? Kindly provide your views on the above mentioned queries.
