An Individual running the business and whose TO is less than 1 crore,
An Income Tax Practitioner can sign the above Accounts and submit it to IT department?
please help me to understand the signing of Accounts for Less than TO 1 crore and more than 1 crore.

Above 1cr Tax Audit mandatory (except u/s 44AD). If conduct Tax Audit then CA only the responce for signing Authority with Assessee...
If less than 1 cr (except Tax Audit) no need any signing authority except Assesseee
