  i have filed form 1A. now i have to file form1. i have printout of MOA and AOA but i donot want to make any mistake in filling the following partculars.

"Names, address, descriptttions,

occupation and signture

of subscribers

Number of

Equity

shares taken

by each

subscriber

Name, Address, descriptttion

Signature, and occupation

of witness"

  can i write all the deatails except signature in computerised form (non manual) and get the signature of both directors done and mine too ?

i am asking because my senior(not CA) has told me that we have to fill all the details manually otherwise ROC will not accept it.
