Hey as per my knowledge , Stamp & Seal are not required
Only the following 3 things (of the CA) are required :
1)Name
2)Membership No.
3)Signature
I have submitted my exam form in the above manner for the past 5 attempts
Till now there has been no problem
Even now im going to follow the aforementioned procedure only for the current attempt

In the examination application, it no where mentions that you need to obtain signature from a practicing Chartered Accountant only. Hence, a non-practicing member can sign the exam application, who does not have a seal or stamp. Only condition for signature, you need to obtain from a member of the Institute who is a Chartered Accountant.

Thank you so much. Previous attempts my principal (during my articleship) and after that my Dad who is an ACA used to sign. But whether stamp is compulsory if an FCA signs is my doubt?
