I have filled ITR-1 for AY-2018-19 and not sent in CPC, again I revised the return and verified by Adhar OTP, one massage is coming that you have not sent acknowledge for previous return, it is mandatory to send previous return acknowledgement if I revise

Yes, you can e-verify original return. (no need to send ITR V, when e-verifed) , but in either case it has to be verified.
