While Uploading Form SH-7 there is a requirement to attach a copy of AMended MOA.
Should the altered MoA be in eForm (Digitally Signed) or it can be in normal paper format.
If it is eForm then what is the name of the form.

Dear sir, pls note that you can take it paper format of altered MOA. There is no prescribed form for altered MOA in d website.
