Should st -1 amend for reverse charge services

Hi Experts,

    We have paid service tax against Reverse charge Mechanism. We have not offer services of Rent a cab, works contrct but service received. should we add these services are also in our regular services list and amed ST-1? 

If yes , is it mandatory or option.
