Ofcoarse, it should be allowed...
Rather, i prefer to make it compulsary, to have one transfer in 3.5 years of ur articleship...
So that, not only a chartered accountant himself, but also the trainee should experience some change and learn something different than previous office.

i think even god forgives a mistake of mankind one transfer should be allowed because anyone can make mistakes after all students or articles are also human

Yes it should be allowed because there will be option for students atleast who are in prison cum articleship situation

yes the institute should allow one transfer
