I have been filing ITR4 for the past few years regularly. To file ITR4 AY 2021-22 (FY 2020-21) :
1) Should I Register in the new IT portal?
2) Can I login with same userID/ passwd in new portal and fil ITR4 online?

You have to use same login ID and password
Thankyou for the clarification. So without Registering in the new IT portal, I should be able to file ITR4.
