I am a Nov 2019 Passout CA. there is virtual training for MCS and advances IT is available.should I go for this?

I received information by mail only at mid night on 27/4/20.
that is virtual classes also applicable for Nov 2019 Passout
icai has not announcement yet any notification.

Now institute decleared announcement on 2.5.20..
