Should i file nil return

Only one order in last two months of 10.000rs on which gst 1800rs. Can i file NIL for both months. Will govt know?

Nil return will be file if no one transaction in the said month...

Without Sale, Purchases & Inward Supply attract Rcm then You can file Nil return...

No you cannot file Nil Return...

Nil Return can be filed only by those Registered Person who have not made any outward Supply ( commonly known as Sale ) or have not received any inward supply ( common known as purchase ).

Thanks for letting me know.

I AM STUCK AT GSTR3B, filling for NIL return with late fees for July. Added money to my leader but can't pay or offset my liability.

Status showing not filled for month of July.
