Should I File ITR now or wait for the corrections in AIS?

ITR 411 views 1 replies

Hi,

I have sold TCS shares (only few) in buyback of shares in the previous FY.

My AIS is showing all the shares as sold (even though I have sold only few) and also shows purchase of shares as (total shares - accepted shares by TCS).

I have given feedback in AIS  for both entries as well as sent a mail to NSDL.  The issue is still Open so far.

Can I file ITR now (with the acknowledgement given by the AIS) or should i wait for the corrections to be accepted?

Request you to provide the solution for this.

Thank you in advance

Wait for 4/5 working days, then file ITR.
