It's good that you are quick at the practical questions ..
But unfortunately theory cannot be written straight to the point .. My suggestion is while writing theory, sufficient notes should be written and if possible try to substantiate with an example .. The evaluator wants to know the level of understanding on the subject .. After writing this, if you still get additional time, then go for the extra questions ..
Unless the evaluator is a physcho, the evaluation pattern would be on best scoring answers methodology and not on FIFO ..
However this is an institution where anything is possible .. so write your best answers first .. and mind it unless you are not sure dont write extra questions even if you get some spare time .. rather help the poor lads struggling around you .. It definitely pays you back in one way or the other
