how much shorter time limit agm can be called

No such time limit prescribed under section 101, u can call an agm at shorter notice i. e less than 21 clear days if 95% of shareholders who is entitled to vote if agree

7 days minimum limit is for EGM and not for AGM.. Section 101 doesn't prescribed any time limit of shorter notice.... Section 101 only told that you can call an AGM at shorter notice i. e less than clear 21 days if 95% shareholders agree... In co act 1956 it is 100%
