can any body let me know, if stock physically found different from books at the time of insepection then what sould be the penality

Mr. Satveer It depends on who is doing the physical verification.
If difference is found between physical stock and book stock or if finished goods are not entered in DSA, penalty can be imposed and goods in respect of which contravention is done can be confiscated.
