I m a small Business turnover was less then 30 lakh
As per Gst I have Default Elected for QRMP System
As per QRMP Scheme
Every Month I have to pay Gst
My Jan Outward/Inward Gst Details are below
Sales
C - 2358
S - 2358
Pur as per 2b dec pur
C - 1535
S - 1535
Total Amt is Coming to pay 1646
I have Itc available 4000 in Portal so the tax amt will be minus from Itc or I have to pay Jan month Gst if answer is yes then I have to pay full amt or 35% Kindly Help me out

If eligible itc is more than liability then you don't need to pay any amount

One more thing I want to ask I have failed to file IFF of Jan month
so I can file IFF of Jan month In March Including Feb Month
And IFF there is no B2C Option available so B2c Invoice where I have to take

In march you will be filing quarterly gstr-1. There you could include all the invoice of the quarter which have not been filed in iff.
You can also file b2c in quarterly gstr-1 as it used to be before.

In my Credit Legder there is 4000 available so should the tax payment will not be minus from it
