We are private limited company. We have made short payment of service tax of Rs.3000 for the month of Jan 2014. If I pay Rs.3000 service tax today will I have to pay any late payment fee or interest?

Can I adjust input credit taken in month of Jan 2014 in Feb 2014?

Once you have paid the deficit, you can take credit to adjust it againt your output liability for the month of Feb.
