I have received monthly Rent Rs 30000/- per month applicable GST?

rent on commercial property is 18% so you will have to issue a tax invoice if you are a registered regular tax payer under GST and if under composition scheme you wont issue a tax invoice but pay GST at 1% so long as you are offering services not exceeding Rs 5 lakh or 10% of your turnover.
