How can I change address under shops and establishment license (Gumastha) license for my shop with less than 9 employees in Mumbai city. The MCGM site only allows "Application for Notice of Change in Shops & Establishment (Form I)" to shops having more than 9 employees.

The Shops and Establishments Act, which is governed by the state's Labor Department, established the atmosphere and state of the workplace, as well as the rights that workers are granted by their business or management.
