i have purchased goods from other state but instead of bringing goods to my city I asked my supplier to books goods direct to my buyer city.

my question is that fright will be paid my me or my buyer to GTA...

It's based on Your business nature....
If You supply material with freight then You ll pay the amount...

In case It's Your supplier scope then he can pay...

In case Your buyer's scope then he can pay...


It's totally Your business. So, the question can't arise here ✋✋✋✋

Who ever will pay the frieght will liable to pay gst under reverse charge
