28 June 2008I want to shift to Final new course. but when i enquired in the institute i was informed that i can do so only after one year of completion of articles. I started my articleship w e f 1st october 2007 and as such i can shift to new course after 01st oct 2008. but will i be eligible to appear in nov 2009 exams under new course.

there is no such rule to transfer in new scheme.you can transfer by paying a fee of Rs 1000 and by filling a form available from institute at any time. your attempt also due on nov 09 .since after circular from institute old or new scheme studene who cleared p e 2 able to appear in exaim after two year of training.

first of all there is no such condition of completing one year berofe switching to new course. u should ask institute again by going there personally.
and u can appear in nov 09 after switching to new course also.
u should confirm all these by going there personally.
