Recently my group company shifted registered office from madurai to chennai. Madurai central excise office asked for proof of shifting of registered office. They are not accepting form 18 of ROC. So help me guys... what other proof we can provide.

Please submit address proof such as purchas agreement of the premises/ rent receipt with copy of agreeement for taking on rent along with copy of the resolution passed for shifting the registered office and proof of acceptance by the ROC..
