hi.
i wanted to know that a pvt ltd company has been incorporated in october and it has to shift its registered office within the same state. so can it do so in the statutory meeting which needs to be held within 6 months from the date of incorporation or do i need to call extra ordinary general meeting seperately for it.

There is no requirement to hold a Statutory Meeting for a Private Limited Company. The company has to convene an EGM and obtain approval of the Members.

one more thing i wanted to ask..
the company has only 3 directors n no other members or shareholders...does it still need to hold extra ordinary general meetin....
