Shifting of minutes book from registered office

Hi Friends

A company needs to maintain Books of Accounts and other Statutory Record at the Registered Office of the Company. 

As per my understanding a Company can shift its Books of Accounts to any where in India from Registered Office.

My Query: can a Company shift its minutes book also including Board Meeting / Gneral Meeting.
