A company needs to maintain Books of Accounts and other Statutory Record at the Registered Office of the Company.
As per my understanding a Company can shift its Books of Accounts to any where in India from Registered Office.
My Query: can a Company shift its minutes book also including Board Meeting / Gneral Meeting.
Kindly guide.

As per Rule 25(e) and (f) of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, a Company can shift its Minutes Book at such place, as may be approved by the Board of the Company.
