Shifting of business one state to another state

sir I am registered dealer in Delhi now I am shifting to Gurgaon, i have to take another registration or can we make any amendments in current registration

Yes you can make amendment for registration as per sec 28 and file electronically in Form GST REG 14 within 15 days of such change......

No.... You can't change.

Better to take another Registration and After cancel Your old one.

Cancellation is only required if there is change in PAN otherwise situation mentioned in sec 29 otherwise you can always amend registration.......

Place of Business can't changeable One State to Another state...

State jurisdiction cannot be changed.

If you shift your business to a different state, you need to cancel the existing State registration and apply for new registration in the new state.
