she wants to do her T.Y.B.com from Mumbai University

One of my friend is currently studying in S.Y.B.com from SNDT women's college but after passing S.Y.B.com in April,2011 she wants to do her T.Y.B.com from Mumbai University? Can University allow her to do that? If yes then what certificate she has to submit to university at the time of admission (Migration or transfer or LC )?
