I have Shares of BOB . I have transfer shares to son account . sale Value shwon my AIS account.is it taxable how to clculate taxable amount

What option you had selected while transfer of shares to your son's demat account?

Whether you chose Gift or Off market sell?

Yes, it is taxable at the market value as on date of transfer under head capital gains.
