i hold some lakhani shares .since tht co is not traded on BSE how to sell them wht's the procedure.

You need to find a buyer for ur shares 1st. Off Market transfers are to be made to him (Buyer) at an agreed price.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
